We offer you a generous table where good mood, garden vegetables and fresh products are the best ambassadors of a familiar and creative cuisine..
After a Jurançon cocktail, you will savour our traditional Bearn garbure (in winter of course), before tasting our seasonal recipes (let’s try Patrick’s daube !!!).
To conclude, a fresh salad with good dressing before an ice-cream or a home-made dessert should enjoy your palate. Of course, a coffee or an infusion will finish this friendly meal which is for us the perfect moment to meet our guests.
In winter, meals are taken in the dinning-room but in summer, we will share this friendly moment all together outside around a plancha where some bacon, Bearn pudding and other local delicatessen are cooking...
